Fresh Vintage Farms is an agricultural food products company that makes Premium Cold Pressed Artisan Oils from locally sourced Tree Nuts, all grown in the Central Valley of California. Their products include walnut oils and almond oils that could be used on salads, Baking, Marinades and cooking and more. We discuss his career working in commodities, why he and his family decided to start a brand focusing on these products, what makes almond oil a slightly different business operation compared to olive oil, his criteria when choosing manufacturing partners and his approach to creating a new market that’s dominated by olive, canola and vegetable oils.
